Any credit purchased via the inVibe app for use at registered inVibe stores, is delivered directly to our mobile app.
The customer is notified via push notification that the purchased credit has been added to their inVibe balance and is ready for use.
inVibe credit can only be purchased directly via the inVibe app using the registered payment method. No other form exists of adding credit to your inVibe account at this moment in time.
inVibe Credit Refunds:
Any credit purchased via the inVibe app is final and cannot be refunded. It must be redeemed at any of the registered inVibe stores in exchange for goods or services.
I Was Overcharged at an inVibe Store. How Can I Get A Refund?
If you’re still at the business:
Have the business refund you via the inVibe POS app and redo the transaction for the correct amount.
If you’re no longer at the business:
Touch base with the business directly to receive a refund, as they would be the ones to provide it.
If you have troubles getting in touch with them, send us a Support request from the app or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) from the email address tied to your inVibe account with the following information and we will do our best to get in touch with them for you:
Date and time of purchase, amount of purchase, business it occurred at and reason for the refund.
Best number to contact you (in case we have other questions).
I Don’t Recognize A Charge On My Account
Security is one of our highest priorities at inVibe. If you do not recognize a transaction in your transaction history and/or emailed statement or you receive an emailed receipt for a purchase you did not make, take the following steps:
Step 1: Contact Support
Please send us a Support request from the app or reply to the email that details the transaction in question with the following information:
Disputed purchase (date it occurred, amount of purchase, business it occurred at)
Best number to contact you (in case we have other questions)
We look to resolve these requests quickly and process any refunds when necessary.
inVibe credit can be transferred from user to user using the “Transfer Balance” function via the mobile app. The credit must be redeemed at any of the registered stores and cannot be refunded to the users’ bank accounts or credit cards.
